Basic policy

The Company's basic policy is to provide information on its management policy, business activities, financial information, etc., fairly and at the relevant time and occasion to the shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders.

Information disclosure standards

Information of the Company is disclosed in accordance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the Rules on the Timely Disclosure of Corporate Information by Issuers of Listed Securities of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (hereinafter called “Timely Disclosure Rules”).
Information not regulated by the Timely Disclosure Rules will be actively disclosed if recognized as beneficial for the shareholders and investors to upgrade transparency of the Company's business management.

Information disclosure method

Information regulated by the Timely Disclosure Rules will be disclosed through the Timely Disclosure Information Dissemination System (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Disclosure under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act shall be made through the Electronic Disclosure for Investors Network (EDINET), which disseminates disclosure documents, including periodic reports required by the Financial Services Agency.
Other information likely to influence investment decisions will be disclosed at relevant times and occasions, depending on the content. In addition to disclosure on TDnet and EDINET, the information will be promptly published on the Company website.

The information disclosed by the Company may contain matters pertaining to future prospects.
